กองทัพบกแจงกรณีข่าวบิดเบือนสื่อกัมพูชา อ้างคำพูด สว. อังคณา ผิดจากข้อเท็จจริง ย้ำอย่าตกเป็นเครื่องมือสร้างความแตกแยก

วันที่ 16 ต.ค. 2568 จากกรณีที่สื่อกัมพูชานำเสนอข่าวโดยระบุว่า นางอังคณา นีละไพจิตร สมาชิกวุฒิสภาไทย “ออกมายอมรับกับสื่อว่าไทยใช้เครื่องบินขับไล่ F-16 ทิ้งระเบิด MK-84 โจมตีกัมพูชาก่อน” ซึ่งเมื่อตรวจสอบพบว่า เป็นการนำคำพูดของนางอังคณาฯ ที่กล่าวว่า “การใช้ F-16 ของไทยโจมตีกัมพูชาก็ทำให้กัมพูชาได้รับความสูญเสียไม่น้อย” มาบิดเบือนและสร้างเนื้อหาข่าวให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดในสังคม

พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก กล่าวถึงกรณีนี้ว่า การใช้อากาศยาน F-16 เข้าสนับสนุนปฏิบัติการในครั้งนั้น เพื่อเป็นการทำลายขีดความสามารถในการโจมตีจากฝั่งทหารกัมพูชา ในลักษณะที่สามารถควบคุมและจำกัดวงความเสียหายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเน้นการทำลายเฉพาะเป้าหมายทางทหารที่ส่งผลคุกคามต่อกำลังทหารฝ่ายเราและประชาชนผู้บริสุทธิ์ ซึ่งถูกฝ่ายกัมพูชาโจมตีทำร้ายอย่างไร้มนุษยธรรม นับเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนผู้บริสุทธิ์ การปฏิบัติการดังกล่าวมีความเป็นเหตุเป็นผลและอยู่ในกรอบของหลักสากล

การที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาออกมาเผยแพร่ข่าวสารบิดเบือน โดยหยิบเนื้อหาบางส่วนไปขยายความในมุมที่ตนเองได้ประโยชน์ เพื่อหวังทำลายภาพลักษณ์ประเทศไทยในสายตานานาชาติ ถือเป็นสิ่งที่เคยเกิดขึ้นมาโดยตลอด จึงไม่ใช่เรื่องน่าแปลกใจ อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งที่น่ากังวลคือ การที่คนไทยด้วยกันออกมาสื่อสารในลักษณะที่ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน จากความไม่เข้าใจข้อเท็จจริงของสถานการณ์ หรือด้วยเจตนาส่วนบุคคล จนถูกฝ่ายกัมพูชาหยิบนำไปกล่าวอ้างเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติการข่าวสาร เพราะในยุคปัจจุบัน การต่อสู้อาจมิได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงในมิติของสนามรบเท่านั้น หากยังมีมิติของการสื่อสาร ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญไม่แพ้กันในการต่อสู้ยุคปัจจุบัน

ทั้งนี้ เชื่อว่าพี่น้องประชาชนสามารถใช้วิจารณญาณในการพิจารณาข้อมูลข่าวสารได้ โฆษกกองทัพบกยังได้กล่าวย้ำว่า ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน “ความสามัคคีของคนไทยทุกภาคส่วน” เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญยิ่งที่จะนำพาประเทศให้ผ่านพ้นความท้าทายต่าง ๆ ไปได้ ที่ผ่านมาเรามีบทเรียนชัดเจนแล้วว่า เมื่อใดที่คนไทยขาดความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจกัน ย่อมเปิดช่องให้ผู้ไม่หวังดีเข้ามาแทรกแซงและแสวงหาประโยชน์จากความแตกแยกที่เกิดขึ้น

Regarding the case where Cambodian media reported stating that Ms. Angkhana Neelapaijit, a Thai Senator, 'came out and admitted to the media that Thailand used F-16 fighter jets to drop MK-84 bombs to attack Cambodia first' - when verified, it was found that this was a distortion of Ms. Angkhana's words, who said 'Thailand's use of F-16s to attack Cambodia caused Cambodia to suffer considerable losses,' the media twisted her words and created news content that caused misunderstanding in society.

Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army Spokesperson, addressed this case saying that the use of F-16 aircraft to support operations at that time was to destroy the attack capabilities from the Cambodian military side, in a manner that could control and limit the scope of damage effectively, emphasizing the destruction of only military targets that posed threats to our military forces and innocent civilians, who were inhumanely attacked and harmed by the Cambodian side. This constituted a violation of the rights to life and property of innocent civilians. The said operation was reasonable and within the framework of international principles.

The fact that the Cambodian side has come out to disseminate distorted news by taking some content and expanding upon it from an angle that benefits them, hoping to damage Thailand's image in the eyes of the international community, is something that has happened all along, so it is not surprising. However, what is concerning is that Thai people themselves have come out to communicate in a manner where information is incomplete, due to a lack of understanding of the actual facts of the situation, or with personal intentions, to the point where the Cambodian side has taken it and used it as claims to benefit their information operations. Because in the current era, fighting may not be limited to only the dimension of the battlefield, as there is also the dimension of communication, which plays an equally important role in modern-day conflict. Furthermore, it is believed that our fellow citizens can use their judgment in considering news and information.

The Royal Thai Army Spokesperson also emphasized that in the current situation, 'the unity of Thai people from all sectors' is a crucial factor that will lead the country through various challenges. In the past, we have had clear lessons that whenever Thai people lack trust in one another, it opens opportunities for ill-intentioned parties to intervene and seek benefits from the divisions that occur.
